2. our business must have good approach to win those potential customers or they might go to the competitor.
3. the club’s paid members are your customer and our business have to retain them or if not they might go to the competitor.
4. the business needs good support from its Board of Directors, not only just the CEO or the Managing Director.
5. the customers must be kept happy in order for them to stay with us.
6. happy customers is good for your business, they’ll spread good stuffs about your business to the public. you need them. you have to keep them in your account book!
7. unhappy customers is bad for your business, they’ll spread bad stuffs about your business to the public. you don’t need them. you have to kick them out of your account book!
8. a good businessman, willing to give more than what the potential customers are expected. this will increase the possibility that they might be your customers. as usual, when you gives out quotation, you must do follow-up and try to win their heart.
9. the business’ ex-Board of Director might be your allies or your enemies. either they loves to see the business grow up or they loves to see the business fall down.
10. in business, trust nobody.
